Personal data processing rules of Medventra s.r.o.

Personal Data We Process

We process only data you provide to us, mainly via the contact form:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Company name and address (if provided)
  • Country / market
  • The content of your message or inquiry

Website operation may process basic technical data (e.g. IP address) to ensure server security and functionality. The site uses no analytics or marketing tracking tools.

Purposes and Legal Bases

  • Handling inquiries and business communication — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
  • Fulfilling legal obligations (accounting, taxes) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)
  • Ensuring website security and operation — legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Recipients of Personal Data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers helping us operate:

  • Hosting and website operation provider (Vercel Inc.)
  • Email delivery provider for form submissions (Resend)
  • Accounting and tax advisors, to the necessary extent
  • Public authorities, where required by law

Some providers may process data outside the EU; in such cases an adequate level of protection under GDPR is ensured.

Retention Period

  • Inquiries and business communication: for the duration of negotiations and 3 years thereafter
  • Tax and accounting documents: 10 years (statutory period)

Under GDPR you have the rights below. Submit a request by email to info@medventra.com — we respond within 30 days.

Right of access

You may know whether we process your data and obtain a copy.

Right to rectification

You may have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.

Right to erasure

You may have data deleted once the purpose has ceased.

Right to restriction and objection

You may request restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Right to data portability

We will provide your data in a machine-readable format.

Right to lodge a complaint

You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted transfer (HTTPS/TLS), controlled access and monitoring. However, transmission over the internet cannot be considered absolutely secure.

These rules may be updated; the current version is always published on this page. They are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
